Office relocation, design & fit out project in Haverhill

How we gave this pharmaceutical giant a new office without any headaches
When global pharmaceutical company, Genzyme, wanted a totally new office from scratch, including new mechanical systems, furniture and audio-visual facilities throughout, we said it could really disrupt their business. That is, if they went with someone else, of course.
We took everything off their hands and got our sustainability experts on the case straight away. In no time, we’d created designs delivering the optimum BREEAM rating possible for the building. Maximising daylight, utilising heat-recovery technology and using sustainable and recycled materials such as FSC approved wood.
And we fitted it all without using the front door. The client asked us to reduce the impact on the company’s ‘front of house’ image, so we created a temporary entrance at the side of the building – returning it to its original condition upon completion.
“This project has gone very smoothly. I think we achieved excellent value for money.”
