A new home for HomeServe
HomeServe’s strategy is to be the first place people turn to for home emergency help and repairs. But when it came to fixing up their contact centre, they turned to us.
However, this wasn’t any old renovation as HomeServe were still occupying the office. So, while they were insuring their customers, we had to ensure we kept any noise to an absolute minimum. No problem.
On top of improving the look and feel of the office, HomeServe needed to seat an additional 75 people. So taking into account that they work in groups of 15, we designed clever ‘propella’ style workstations each equipped with 15 seats – improving team communication and creating more space all at the same time.
But to really make it HomeServe’s home, we incorporated their branding elements everywhere, from brand images on the walls to their logo in the carpet. Now they have an office you can’t help but notice, and we did it all without a sound.
