Fresh new plan

Kleeneze were relocating to a new site. They asked us to give them a new, modern open plan office, moving away from the divided workspaces and mismatched design and furniture they had.

The Morgan Lovell approach

To ensure employees were happy with the change to open plan working, it was important to avoid a typical call centre-look environment. So we introduced a more organic layout, with 120-degree desks and the room and flexibility for future growth. This open plan area had little natural light, which we overcame with the innovative use of acrylic panels in the ceiling, bringing in daylight through roof lights.

An office transformed

Open plan working, with directors visibly involved in the day- to-day running of the company, was a huge but positive culture change for staff at Kleeneze. It has drastically improved communication, saved time and provided a sense of community, to mention just some of the new benefits.
