Office relocation, design & fit out project in London

Making space into an asset for Majedie
Majedie is an asset management firm with around £5bn invested on behalf of institutional clients.
Our design and fit out took on extra significance when we heard that all employees own equity in the business. As stakeholders, it literally is their office too, so ensuring every member of staff would be happy was crucial.
After their new space was secured at 10 Old Bailey, London, we knew that inspiring views of St Paul’s Cathedral would be a top priority.
To give visitors an immediate feel of the firm’s ambition we devised a grand reception/meet-and-greet area that directly overlooks St Paul’s – plus a boardroom that can be converted for functions of 100+. And to give the same thoughtful attention to the employees working there every day, we introduced countless little touches, such as a personal kitchen cupboard for each member of staff.
Business Director, Sundip Shihn told us: “The way the reception has worked out is fantastic; clients have come in and said it is amazing. I am delighted with the end result.”
