Notting Hill Housing

Notting Hill Housing felt that their office was de-motivating staff. The building was old, and little things like the lack of air conditioning and the small windows were really getting to people.

When they asked us to design their new space, we worked closely with staff and managers to find out exactly what we could do to make it a more productive, and pleasant place to work. We produced visuals and layouts so that everyone could really imagine what the new space might look like, and we even let everyone try out the new furniture to see if they liked it.

When we’d finished the project, Notting Hill Housing were left with an office which everyone is happy with, and which lives up to their brand motto: ‘Love where you work’.
