Office refurbishment project in West Sussex

An office refurbishment to remedy growing pains
In the wrong hands, refurbishment can be a real headache. Fortunately, when pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk outgrew their offices, they picked up the phone to Morgan Lovell.
They told us it was vital the office refurbishment didn’t disrupt their work. After all, patients with conditions like diabetes and haemophilia rely on their products. And there’s one more thing, they said: the budget’s tight.
Our reply? No problem. We made clever use of sustainable materials and their existing furniture to create a funky, colourful office design that didn’t cost the earth.
To reflect Novo Nordisk’s brand, we prescribed vibrant wall graphics. Details on glass partitions and bright colours throughout the offices brought the design to life.
Naturally, the refurbishment was practical as well as stylish. Expansion meant Novo Nordisk needed to make the most of their office space. So we created more meeting rooms and added a conservatory to the staff dining area to make sure everyone was catered for.
If this tasty transformation sounds like a major operation, you might be surprised to learn that we did it all without disrupting daily life. Of course, you don’t have to take our word for it:
“Our refurbishment in occupation was relatively pain-free and we’re delighted with the professionalism Morgan Lovell offered,” says Neil Britland, Facilities Manager, Novo Nordisk .
