Energised workspace

Philips Electronics UK comprises numerous separate product divisions working together under one brand name. After 35 years’ occupying the same building, Philips wanted a change. It was our job to meet individual space needs for each division, while promoting interaction between teams and maintaining a shared company spirit.

The Morgan Lovell approach

We created a showroom for each division to display their own Philips products, reflecting individual concepts as well as common elements of the brand. This achieved both a sense of product focus and a feeling of wider company pride. We also gave the office a new air of informality by creating a delicatessen and coffee shop area, a friendly and approachable space where staff could relax and socialise.

An office transformed

Philips’ working environment has moved from a split and closed office plan to an interactive open plan. This has massively improved internal communications and productivity. The result is a dynamic, highly charged workspace that perfectly reflects the Philips brand and products.
