A new office for the future of new offices.

When it comes to developing properties, Segro really know their stuff. So when they came to us with a challenge to design and fit out their new London office, it was vital that we showed them just what we were capable of.

As business landlords themselves, they know the importance of working in a space that expresses their true personality. First impressions last, so their reception area was a top priority. We built five meeting rooms in this area, with four work booths and a separate room for internal meetings in the back of house, to make sure they’d never be short of space.

Clever storage was built into the walls, which kept clutter away from desks. It also meant there was more room to provide hotdesks for visitors.
