T-Mobile were centralising all their services to one new 500,000sq ft site. We got involved as developers completed their final phase of building, giving us four large open plan floor spaces with which to work. Our challenge was to link these with the rest of the complex using matching detail and design to create a seamless look throughout.
The Morgan Lovell approach
T-Mobile is constantly changing as a business, so our focus was to provide a flexible, scaleable workspace. Working closely with T-Mobile’s team of developers, we swiftly designed and implemented an integrated solution, making sure internal finishes were consistent throughout and joinery was in keeping with the overall design. We also liaised with T-Mobile’s suppliers to provide IT infrastructure and high quality catering facilities.

T-Mobile staff now have a truly enjoyable workspace. As a result, employee satisfaction and retention have significantly improved.
