Talbot’s landlord had strict sustainability standards.
Thankfully, so do we.

Expansion gave Talbot the perfect opportunity to move closer to London’s insurance district - Fenchurch St. They found their perfect space - a landmark building designed by Eric Parry, premium location, high spec and a landlord with very strict sustainability standards.

Now, all Talbot needed to do was find the perfect sustainable office experts. We told them we wish more landlords were like theirs. Talbot hired us.

In the following 11 weeks, we implemented a whole host of different sustainability measures - from reducing the amount of waste that went to landfill during fit out, to installing smart metering across two floors, recycled glass worktops, FSC timber throughout and even an innovative wireless energy management system.

What did the landlord say? Very little, he was too busy smiling at Talbot’s beautiful, fully-sustainable new workplace. And he wasn’t the only one:
