Morgan Lovell completes office refurbishment in Chancery Lane, London

Office design and fit out company Morgan Lovell was recently awarded the ‘perfect delivery’ stamp by Trucost plc for their new London workplace.
The project included the office design and fit out of a dynamic and innovative 6,000 square feet space for the environmental research organisation.
Located in Chancery Lane, the new office interior achieved all areas of ‘perfect delivery.’
It fulfilled the main aim identified at the start of the project, namely to deliver a new space that showed staff Trucost had ‘really arrived’ and sent out a clear message that the organisation was powering into a new growth phase.
Morgan Lovell’s London office, based in Noel Street, Soho, managed the design and build contract, which took less than two months to complete.
Richard Evans, Trucost’s financial director, said: ”Morgan Lovell were extremely helpful in all areas of the fit-out project and beyond. They gave me complete confidence that nothing would be missed and we would be able to move in on schedule.
Being an environmental company ourselves, we were impressed by Morgan Lovell’s green credentials and knew that choosing them would mean our fit-out would be achieved in an environmentally sustainable way.”
