Morgan Lovell wins office design and fit out contract in London for Gatehouse Bank plc

Gatehouse Bank plc, the London based Shariah-compliant wholesale investment bank, has chosen office design and fit-out specialist, Morgan Lovell, as their preferred partner to supply their services for their new London offices based at 125 Old Broad Street.

The project will incorporate the design and office refurbishment of some 11,000 square feet of office space to be utilised by Gatehouse Bank to maximise their efficiency of their banking expertise.

James Bagshawe, CFO of Gatehouse Bank commented, “We have chosen Morgan Lovell not only because of their impressive design and unique way of working, but also their understanding of our business needs and requirements of retaining our professionalism and high quality service.”

The office design and fit-out is currently being carried out by Morgan Lovell’s London office, located in Soho. The team is led by Richard Green, Project Co-ordinator.
