Morgan Lovell wins office refurbishment project for LV= in Bournemouth

The office fit out work is being carried out at two buildings in Bournemouth for the mutual financial services company, Victoria House and Frizzell House. The whole project involves an area of approximately 150,000 square feet.
Morgan Lovell’s southern team, based in Thames Valley, will be managing the design and build contract. Morgan Lovell’s regional managing director David Cannon, who heads up the southern-based office interiors company, said: “This is a major project which is being undertaken following an extensive internal employee engagement initiative by LV= to enhance and develop an inspirational workplace.
“A range of new features are being introduced for LV= to create a sustainable office interior, including furniture, floor coverings and lighting with efficient environmental credentials.”
