Morgan Lovell wins office relocation project in London for TalkTalk Group

Office design and refurbishment company, Morgan Lovell, has been appointed to carry out the office fit out of TalkTalk Group’s new central London offices.
Morgan Lovell’s London team, based in Soho, will be managing the office relocation contract that will include the office refurbishment of 83,000 sq ft of space, and the relocation of 950 employees. Morgan Lovell’s strong sustainability credentials were a key factor in winning this project.
Mark Schmid, Communications Director, of TalkTalk Group said: “We want our new offices to be a friendly yet intelligent environment for both staff and visitors, as well as reflecting our commitment to the environment. Morgan Lovell’s approach and sustainable credentials gave us confidence they were the partner to help bring the vision to life.”
TalkTalk Group’s project is due to complete in August 2009.
