Some spaces are more suited to being made sustainable than others. Our BREEAM accredited assessors will look at what needs to be done, to achieve the right rating.

First, we'll use a workplace appraisal to figure out how you work. Then we'll conduct site surveys to tell you whether your space can do everything you need it to do. Before you make any decisions, we'll present you with a report, including some preliminary plans, plus costs and schedules.

We'll also help you with things like enhanced capital allowances - choosing energy efficient items, to claim money back from the Government. We can make the entire office fit out and refurbishment process CarbonNeutral, too. Our expertise and experience of environmental office design is always at your disposal.

The appraisal

Our in-house, BREEAM accredited team of specialists will look at:

• Space requirements - What needs to be done to achieve the right BREEAM rating? How much natural light and air is there to work with? How many square feet do you really need?
• Comparative fit out costs - What will each potential site cost to fit out and refurbish sustainably? Which will require less energy to run over time?
• Future growth - Do you have enough space to leave room for growth? Will it scale up or scale down? Is it flexible enough?
• Office refurbishment vs. office relocation - Should you stay or should you go? Is it better to make your current office sustainable, or to fit out a new space, in the long run?

Your sustainable office assessment

Once we've analysed the results, you'll also get a clear, detailed report, including:

• Preliminary space plans - which office layout will make the most use of your space, natural light and ventilation?
• Estimated costs - what will it cost to design and fit out sustainably?
• Site assessments - which of your potential locations is best suited for sustainability?
• Project plans - how long will it all take?
• Online staff surveys - what really matters most to you and your staff?
