Being a Gold member of The 5% Club means that Morgan Lovell has demonstrated that at least of 5% of our workforce are in "earn and learn" positions. At Morgan Lovell these roles include apprenticeships, foundation, graduate and placement positions. In achieving the Gold grade, we're making a strong statement about our long term committed to nurturing young talent as both a business and social imperative, to help reduce youth unemployment and address the skills shortage which is so critical in the construction industry.

Through 2023-24 Employer Audit, The 5% Club award acknowledges and honours companies who are dedicated to helping the future workforce gain first-hand skills in a supported environment, helping drive positive change in the industry by promoting “earn and learn” schemes for the UK’s young workers. Morgan Lovell recognises the importance of supporting new voices, giving them the opportunity to gain experience through the early careers Foundation Programme for apprentice, foundation, graduate and placement students.
