Morgan Lovell Agree Strategic Partnership to Achieve WELL Building Standard

As part of the new relationship, Morgan Lovell will demonstrate a commitment to supporting the continued global reach of the WELL Building Standard™ (WELL), which is the world’s first building standard focused exclusively on the effects of the built environment on human health and wellness.

Given 90 percent of the costs of a building are the people inside of that building, the prospects for return on investment for employers are significant.”

As part of the alliance, Morgan Lovell will professionally accredit at least 6 employees through the WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP™) program, which signifies advanced knowledge in human health and wellness in the built environment and specialisation in WELL, over the next year. Given two of the firms’ environmental and sustainability managers were among some of the first WELL Accredited Professionals in the UK last year, the new agreement and additional accreditations will continue to strengthen Morgan Lovell’s ability to provide clients with tools to realise the benefits of WELL and guide current and future projects toward WELL Certification.

Morgan Lovell have also committed to facilitating a quarterly WELL forum to share best practice, guidance and training with its supply chains - the first of which was hosted in London in March 2017 to great success.
