The Foundation Programme is aimed at bringing the next generation of fit out professionals into our business. The programme is designed to give junior hires a rounded view of our business through providing a two year training curriculum, workplace rotations and networking opportunities. While on the programme new joiners are also given the opportunity to complete day release apprenticeships and professional accreditations.
