BREEAM: Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method. Our BREEAM assessors can tell you how environmentally efficient each office on your shortlist is, or could be. We’ll tell you what a sustainable design and fit out would cost for each space, and how much it will cost to run, year after year. Either the office you’re in, or any other offices you’re considering. And we can help you work out what kind of BREEAM rating to go for.
