• A 25% reduction in carbon intensity per £ turnover
• Improved methodology across categories
• Expanded focus on reuse and low carbon alternatives

93% of our emissions sit within purchased goods and services or use of sold products. These are complex categories — and we’re not shying away from them. Instead, we’re pushing for faster, more accessible reuse models, smarter data and wider industry engagement.
