Morgan Lovell's workplace design for The Body Shop has been awarded silver in the Interior Design - Corporate & Commercial category.

The Body Shop’s new workplace boosts collaboration and morale through a design that reflects the ethics and character of the business. The design was commended at the DrivenxDesign awards for two overriding themes: unity and pride.

The office design encourages people to feel relaxed and at ease when they come into the office. The focus is on making this a truly inclusive workplace, reflecting the culture of The Body Shop. Things like gender-neutral toilets and a balance of private and communal spaces help create a harmonious link between the brand's values and the physical workplace.

To truly reflect the brand's values, sustainable materials were used throughout the fit out; with the natural and untreated finishes matching the values of the business.
