Morgan Lovell retains Gold membership of The 5% Club 2024-25

The 5% Club is a progressive movement that brings together over 1,100 employers dedicated to creating ‘earn and learn’ opportunities, with the aim of developing a skilled, socially mobile and cohesive workforce for the future. The initiative encourages employers to increase the quantity, quality and range of such opportunities, with the goal of ensuring that 5% of their workforce is engaged in apprenticeships, graduate schemes, or sponsored student placements.

As of July 2024, we exceeded this target, with 6% of our employees involved in earn and learn initiatives. This is the second consecutive year we have achieved Gold status.
