Morgan Lovell sponsors The Bristol Bears Community Foundation tag rugby tournament

Coming in Spring 2025, the fourth annual Bristol Bears Community Foundation’s corporate tag rugby tournament will gather businesses across the South West for a great cause. We’re inviting businesses to enter a team and join in the fun, with all funds raised going directly to The Bristol Bears Community Foundation.

The award winning foundation works with over 8,000 people every year, running various programmes that aim to inspire the community through rugby success. Their invaluable initiatives include ‘Rise’, which supports the development of children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing through sport, ‘Spectrum Sports’, a tailored PE and sport programme for those with educational needs or disabilities and ‘HITZ’, Premiership Rugby’s award winning education and employability programme.

This year’s event will see a series of preliminary rounds in March and April 2025, before the top four teams compete in the finals, hosted at Ashton Gate Stadium. Each event will be followed by food, drinks and networking - included in entry price - with all funds going towards The Bristol Bears Community Foundation’s life changing programmes.

The event continues to grow every year, with £3,000 raised in 2021, £16,000 the following year and a staggering £22,000 in 2023. Last year saw over 200 participants across 24 teams and we’re hoping that this year will be even bigger and better.
