Morgan Lovell shortlisted at Thames Valley Property Awards

We're delighted that two projects we’ve delivered in Reading have been shortlisted at The Business Magazine's Thames Valley Property Awards 2022.

The first project, Campus Reading, is in the running for Development of the Year. Alongside Alchemy Asset Management, Tristan Capital Partners, Bray Fox Smith and Savills, we completed the refurbishment of the amazing 300,000 sq ft building and the stunning gardens surrounding it.

The second project is Three UK, whose vision for their new workplace was to put their people first in every area, and we’re proud to have helped make their vision a reality on the high profile 117,000 sq ft project. Our partners on this project were Three Workspace, Gleeds and CBRE UK.

In addition, Morgan Lovell has been shortlisted for the Office Design Specialist award for the second consecutive year.

Congratulations to the team on the well-deserved recognition. The winners will be revealed at Ascot Racecourse on 16 November.
