Morgan Lovell awarded Overall Winner at the 2025 SBID International Design Awards

Morgan Lovell was named Overall Winner for its project, Greystar International. The accolade represents the highest scoring entry across all regions and categories, combining both the judges’ scores and the public vote.

Greystar’s Finsbury Square office was delivered through close collaboration between Morgan Lovell, Elizabeth Stuart and HTA Design. Spread across two floors, the space takes inspiration from Greystar’s Charleston HQ while weaving in the rich character of The Gilbert, creating a workplace that feels both globally connected and distinctly London.

With an esteemed international jury lending their expertise, this year’s SBID winners represent some of the most innovative and forward thinking design solutions from across the globe. Each entry was evaluated for technical content, aesthetic creativity and functional design excellence, setting a benchmark for quality within the industry.
