Our Operations Director, Tanya Godwin, joins the shortlist of incredible women recognised for championing diversity and inclusion across the industry.

The Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards recognises outstanding women in construction that go above and beyond to champion gender diversity within their industry. A joint venture between Construction News, Ground Engineering Magazine and New Civil Engineer, the awards are an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of a historically unrepresented yet integral part of the workforce.

We're incredibly proud to see Tanya Godwin, Operations Director, shortlisted for Inspirational Leader at this year's awards. Tanya plays a significant role in shaping a high performing culture at Morgan Lovell where collaboration, accountability and professional growth are key.
