Fortinet UK’s flagship office at 12 Moorgate

Fortinet’s move to 12 Moorgate brings its London teams together in a single, scalable HQ. The project transforms a former coworking space into a connected workplace that reflects the company’s position as a global cyber security leader and supports future growth.

Fortinet consolidated teams from two London locations into a single, unified workspace at 12 Moorgate. The goal was to create a flagship office aligned with its global standards, designed to support collaboration and future growth. We delivered a design and build scheme for the lower ground, ground, fourth, fifth and sixth floors of 12 Moorgate. 

Smart reuse

On the lower ground floor, we reworked the existing breakout area into a more social setting with a town hall feel. Rearranged furniture creates better flow and a graffiti wall allows staff to be part of the design by embedding their signatures into the space.

The ground floor houses the reception and welcoming breakout area, shaped by a new partition that turns a previously underused waiting space into a destination for staff and visitors. The reception reuses existing furniture from both the previous fit out and their old office, while the breakout area ties in the existing colour palette and maintains a Fortinet feel.

On the fourth and fifth floors, we reconfigured the existing layout to create practical working environments, turning meeting rooms into offices and reusing furniture from both the existing coworking space and Fortinet’s previous offices. The fourth floor also houses a staff reception and another breakout area.

A full strip out and redesign took place on the sixth floor to create a dedicated customer experience centre. This tech hub has a strong visual identity, with feature ceilings, large AV screens and meeting rooms tied to Fortinet’s brand colours that create an engaging setting for client interaction. 

Ready for now and the future

The completed space brings Fortinet’s people together in a cohesive, flexible HQ. With everyday working floors and a standout client environment, the design strengthens how teams connect, collaborate and present, while leaving room for the next phase of growth.
