Home Projects Frasers Property
We designed and delivered Manhattan Associates’ new home at Frasers Property's Winnersh Triangle Business Park, creating a workplace with more space, more choice and a better experience for every team member and visitor.
In response to changing occupancy requirements in the building that Manhattan Associates were partially occupying at Winnersh Triangle Business Park, Frasers Property were keen to support their long term tenant to relocate to a neighbouring building.
Manhattan Associates wanted to make the most of their move by evolving and improving what their space could offer their people and clients. Having worked with both Manhattan and Frasers Property before, we were well positioned to design and build their new workplace.
The office layout is carefully zoned across its two floors. The ground floor is client facing, with a branded reception, boardroom, tea point and meeting areas that create a more polished first impression. The welcome area's bespoke joinery feature built from a reclaimed storage unit incorporates a display screen to welcome visitors with personalised branding. The expanded boardroom makes it easier to host clients and creates a more premium experience.
The first floor is focused on day to day work, with desks, meeting rooms and a large breakout space designed for town halls and team gatherings. The breakout and games area, with arcade games, a pool table and relaxed seating, is the heart of the office. It encourages a more social culture while also enabling larger team gatherings. Acoustic panels and carefully placed detailing ensure noise is under control, even at peak use.
Across the workspace, there’s a wide choice of settings for different ways of working, including desks, collaboration benches, pods, booths and informal meeting areas. A multi use quiet room provides space for focused work and reflection. Wall graphics inspired by Manhattan’s global locations bring a sense of identity to the office, while a magnetic world map encourages personal input from the team. A large amount of furniture, lighting and finishes were reused from Manhattan’s previous office, blending existing pieces with new additions.
The new office gives Manhattan a more balanced and flexible workplace that creates a better experience for clients and improves how teams work together.
