A privately held investment firm operating in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States, needed a fit out for their new office on Welbeck Street in London. As a company that invests in real estate and businesses shaping the fabric of global gateway cities, they sought a secure, luxurious and multifunctional workspace with high end finishes and fine art installations. The space needed to reflect the prestige of the firm while accommodating the needs of its staff and visitors.

Transforming space with purpose

Recognising the need for a dynamic and engaging environment, we worked with Mehrai Design and Knight Frank to deliver the vision for the office, creating a space that promotes productivity and collaboration.

The new workplace includes a variety of settings such as cellular offices, open plan areas and meeting rooms, maximising the use of natural light to create an inviting atmosphere. The entrance features an elegant library area that welcomes staff and visitors alike, setting a sophisticated tone right from the start.

The conference room was designed for high level meetings, equipped with the latest audiovisual technology and a large, elegant table surrounded by modern chairs. Open plan workspaces with curved glass partitions encourage transparency and collaboration while maintaining a sleek and contemporary look.

The design also featured a central bar and a contemporary breakout area, ideal for informal meetings and relaxation. The spacious café and dining area provide a social hub for employees, offering a variety of seating options to suit different preferences. Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client, Knight Frank and Mehrai Design, ensuring that every detail, from high end finishes to fine art installations, met the highest standards.

Additionally, as part of our commitment to community engagement, we brought local students to the fit out site, providing them with a first hand look at the industry. This initiative inspired one student to pursue a career in construction, showcasing the positive impact of our social value efforts.
