Light, fresh and sophisticated office design for Topland Group

Topland relocated their office from the second floor to the seventh floor of 105 Wigmore Street and required an office space that reflected their progression as a business. Morgan Lovell have reimagined the space to create a contemporary and stylish environment for the leading property and investment group.

  • Biophilia
  • Feature lighting
  • Soft colour palette
  • Natural light

  • High end timber clad finishes

The client expressed dissatisfaction with their previous office, which featured a dated design with walnut finishes and a dim ambiance. Morgan Lovell have transformed Topland's new space into a bright and fresh workplace with a sophisticated corporate feel.

Subtle and sophisticated

Although Topland’s new office space follows the same footprint as its second-floor predecessor, there is an air of sophistication and modern luxury about new office space that Topland can be proud of. Immediately catching your eye are statement light fittings that combine with the floods of natural light cascading through the Crittal glazed office and meeting rooms to create an airy and fresh communal reception area. The choice of a soft colour palette with subtle timber detailing on the walls of the reception space endorse an understated elegance without being too flashy.

As you move through the office, you'll notice the subtle nods to the Topland brand in the design. From the logo inspired diamond shapes carved into the timber surrounds of the structural columns to the front of house, lounge style meeting rooms that feature soft furnishings with hues of blue that are reminiscent of the Topland brand. These are small elements that deliver design continuity but moreover, help create an identifiable, modern office space that employees are wanting to come to everyday.

Let there be light

The new breakout space puts a focus on the teapoint as a destination for collaboration between staff to help boost wellbeing and productivity. Featuring double doors that connect to the traditional office space and an island unit with curved, ceramic tiles in Topland blue, the teapoint offers a variety of seating options, includes biophilia and is inundated in natural light as a result of the floor to ceiling windows.
