Global cybersecurity firm Varonis relocated to 100 Wood Street to create a workplace that better reflects its culture and supports its London team. We delivered a sophisticated environment that caters to different ways of working and incorporates the Varonis brand in a subtle and authentic way.

More ways to work

Combining a strong design vision with a structured delivery process, the fit out has provided Varonis with a distinctive workplace ready for its next phase of growth. The office features 80 fixed desks alongside flexible positions that can adapt to changing team requirements and future expansion. Alongside the desks, private offices, phone booths, collaboration areas, breakout spaces and multiple meeting spaces give employees the freedom to choose the setting that best suits the task at hand.

A strong sense of arrival

It was vital for the reception area to make a memorable first impression for visitors and employees. The backlit 3D Varonis logo creates a glowing halo effect against the dark wall, integrating their branding in a tasteful and understated way. Brand elements continue throughout the workplace, reinforcing the company identity without overwhelming the design.

Delivering quality at every stage

Detailed planning, close coordination and proactive risk management ensured the successful completion of the fit out, while building services were adapted to meet the needs of the new workplace. Regular workshops, mock ups, design reviews and structured quality checks helped refine the scheme and maintain clarity throughout delivery.

A foundation for growth

The completed workspace is a distinctive destination for Varonis’ employees and visitors. The office reflects its culture, strengthens day to day collaboration and provides the flexibility needed for future growth.

The buildings sit beside a wide paved walkway and a neatly maintained green lawn in the foreground. Sculptural metal frames holding spherical artworks stand on the grass. The scene is brightly lit by sunlight under a clear blue sky with light clouds, highlighting the clean lines, reflective windows and contemporary architectural design.
