In addition, three Morgan Lovell projects that we delivered have been nominated for ‘Project of the Year’.

Three UK, Reading: Project of the Year, Design & Build

Our office design and fit out for Three UK in Reading’s Green Park embraced the company’s core values of connectivity, diversity, inclusivity, belonging and wellbeing. The resulting space personifies their view of the world as a 'continuous canvas of connected moments, experiences, people and opportunities'.

This was a landmark project for the team, which included: Three Workspace, Gleeds and CBRE UK.

Interface, Pennybank, London: Project of the Year, Sub-5,000 sq ft

Inspired by London's green spaces, this multipurpose showroom has been designed to achieve an exceptional visitor experience. Customers, colleagues, architects and designers collaborate in flexible zones in a positive, sustainable space.

Interface’s flooring business is at the forefront of sustainability and the company has pledged to 'live zero' every day.

Stone X - London: Project of the Year, Workplace Interiors, 30,000 - 70,000 sq ft

Stone X’s focus was to bring the business back together in the aftermath of the pandemic. To do this, we designed an inspirational workplace, maximising the benefits of collaboration and ensuring the teams at StoneX could fully immerse themselves in a new and agile way of working.
