Premium tenant ready workspace in the heart of Bristol

We transformed the ground floor of Bristol’s One Hundred Victoria Street into a premium Cat A+ office space with an integrated gym, redefining typical Cat A+ expectations. The result is a warm, design-led environment with distinctive detailing and strong identity, positioning it as one of the most striking tenant-ready spaces in the local market.

One Hundred sits in a prime Bristol location, close to Temple Meads train station, with strong architectural character. V7 partnered with us early to begin exploring options for the space, refining choices together before reaching the decision of a Cat A+ workspace and gym. Their aim was to create a high quality, fully fitted space that matched the standard of the building’s reception while giving the floor its own identity.

Collaborating to create a standout workspace

To meet V7’s ambitions, we worked collaboratively to develop a concept that redefines what a Cat A+ space can look and feel like. This resulted in a design that elevated the building’s character and shaped an environment designed to attract tenants quickly.

The palette blends terracotta and olive shades with earthy undertones, alongside limewash paint to enhance air quality and natural timber finishes for warmth. Biophilia, textures and patterns add depth, creating a layered environment that feels full of life and inviting to work within.

Bold details run throughout the space, from the orange ceiling and pendant lighting to the white crittall style glazing and soft drapery, creating a refined and unique setting. Meeting rooms pair strong architectural lines with softer textures for a subtle contrast, while a non-traditional desking approach makes the workspace feel collaborative and welcoming.

Craft and precision stood at the forefront of the project, ensuring no corners were cut and every detail fed into meeting the overall design goals. The lighting mirrors the shapes of the M&E, bringing cohesion and interest without using standard fixtures.

Completing the project with confidence and care

The result is a fully tailored, standout Cat A+ space that sets One Hundred apart from other offices in Bristol. A beautiful, high quality environment supported by new wellness facilities, the new spaces are ready to help V7 market the building with confidence, reflecting how our stand out design and delivery can bring spaces to market more efficiently.
